How can I get a PAC code ? Can a professional please email me to help further as I can't see no live option

@Karoline-89 No one can email you as no one at Sky will see this not would they know who you are.

Have you tried getting a PAC online? https://www.sky.com/help/articles/switching-mobile-providers-select-an-option

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
