Mysky app not working

I can’t seem to get onto a page to arrange a swap for my iphone. Every time I get close I get ‘the page you are looking for cannot be found’ ‘ the link you used may be out of date…’ Happens on MySky app and at Sky.com. I get so far and then it cuts me off with those error messages. No online chat available.

Have you made sure there are no updates on your device for the MySky app ?

 

If there are not and your phone has a Sky sim in it then try calling Sky on 150 for help with this.
