My plan is £8 a month but im getting an additional £6.34 added as mymix making my plan 14.34 not £8. Not sure what this extra is

My mix is usually your data plan so have you made any changes to this recently like changing the plan or taking out another sim ?

No I've just been charged x2 my mix payments I've had this plan over a year thank you

I would call Sky on 150 to ask tjem

about this. When the bot asks you why you are calling say nothing so stay silent as it should then direct you to an advisor.
