MySky app

Recently changed device and downloaded my sky app of which I have logged in but no mobile accounts are shown so I am not able to roll data on two mobile accounts, I have put my details in and it states account linked but it's still not showing.  We have already contacted sky but no help at all

Hi @John18N  if you are sure you are using the correct login details then you will need to persevere on the phone or use the social media channels at the bottom of this page. The messaging team that sometimes helps here is not currently available.
