My son lost his phone my insurance company wants an itemised l have called a hundred times but they

My son lost his phone and the insurance wants an itemised bill which shows the incoming and outgoing. I have called a hundred times they keep sending me the wrong thing.

Is it proof of useage they are asking for?

The proof of usage is your email with the IMEl number on it which you got when you first took the device. That is what insurance companies need. So you need to ask for that, not proof of usage as in the bills etc.

They want an itemised which shows the last time the phone was used( incoming and outgoing) calls or messages
