Hi. I sent for a new sim to install in my husband's phone. Did the setup but now my husband's sim is showing but mine isn't. I've obviously done something wrong but don't know what. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt appears that the sim for whatever reason isn't linked to your account (this happens if it wasn't ordered via your account) so your husband will have it on his own account.

No, his is actually showing on my account but my sim isn't there now.

Yes, there is only one account. I'm assuming Sky thought it was an exchange of sim and deleted mine. Probably have to ring Sky, if I can get through.
Thanks for your reply.

Hi. Yes it is. Perhaps because my next payment isn't due yet?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI was just wondering if you inadvertently cancelled yours when activating the new one @Maj but if yours is still working then it hasn't been cancelled by you or sky. It would appear somehow that yours has been removed/moved from your account to another one. Call sky on 150 so they can investigate for you.

Goodness knows, it's very strange. Yes, I'm going to ring them today.
I'll post the result when I find something out.
Thank you

Thank you to everyone who replied to my post. I'd inadvertently created another account.
