My sim has stopped working both data and calls

As I say my sim no longer works. So I can't call sky to talk about it I have tried speaking to that ridiculous chatbot that is useless. Could somebody please tell me how I can get in touch with a person via text to sort out this issue

If not you  will have to contact Sky, perhaps via social media as there are links t the bottom to their sites.

I have tried my SIM in a different phone and it is not work there either so it is not the phone that is the problem

Then it could be that the sim has developed a fault so you will have to find a way to contact Sky via the likes of Facebook messenger or WhatsApp.
