Not working still I blocked my daughter phone then they sent me a Replacement sim that just won't work

It won't let me Activate, school are not helpful at all bet there's want me to pay still tho even no she hasn't had a sim for almost 3 weeks

This sim needs activating so if you have a landline phone or another mobile then give Sky a call to ask them to do it for you.
