My recent purchase

Hello on Saturday I ordered a iPhone 11 on contract but I am still yet to receive confirmation, I have looked on all my emails and my sky account to see my devices and ties to look for the iPhone 11 but I can't find it anywhere. Can you just confirm that I have ordered it?

As we are customers here @Tiaxxx if you want to check that the order went through then from one of your other phones give Sky a call on the free 150 number.
