I am on holiday in Lanzarote. My mobile phone is through my son's sky account but I pay for the mobile by direct debil. My son has committed suicide a couple of days ago and I think his account has been suspended including my phone which I pay for by direct debilt. can someone help me because I am here alone and my phone wont send messages or let me make a call and I have never missed a bill.

Thanks to all who tried to help. A very kind lady at Sky sorted out my problem. I was in Lanzarote and I had reached a spending limit that I didn't know I had and then my phone was restricted and I was panicking. Sorted now so thank you.
