My number has not transferred

I have transferred from android to iPhone and I am unable to send or receive iMessages from my transferred number as my phone is showing the number provided by sky and won't allow me to change

When did you give the PAC to Sky?

 

Try Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings

When did you give Sky the pac code and have they told you that it has transferred ?

Last Monday and yes they informed me this had transferred
