My next phone bill date

I need to know the exact date my next bill is. I've asked for it to be on the 15th of January yet my bank says it will come out on the 24th of December and on here says the 12th of January.

Hi @Rickyshan  no one here has access to your account information. If you have recently asked for the payment date to be changed then it may be too late for this month. Also be aware that pushing the bill back 2-3 weeks means that bill will be for 6-7 weeks, not just the usual month.

You aren’t contacting Sky here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

 

Well it won't be the 1st January as payments aren't processed on weekends or bank holidays.

 

When is your normal billing date?
