Hello 

I have recently joined Sky mobile. I have rang twice to speak to someone about the problem I am having with my sim card. Everything is fine apart from my text messages. The new sim card keeps showing the number on the sim but it is not the number I transferred, so if I text someone it is not showing my number and they don't know who it is.

I have gone into settings and into systems as requested by sky advisor, but it still doesn't work. Can someone help please.

Hi @Robo66  try this. 

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.
