Hi I noticed that the monthly payment this month has been taken twice, I want to refund the extra payment please.

We're other customers and cannot do that...

 

You'll have to contact Sky.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Did you make a manual payment, if so doing so as you have discovered will not stop from taking the payment via the payment method you have set up on your account.
