My mobile SIM card not working

I can not call , receive calls, can not text or use mobile data. I am not happy . Can not call them because I can not call anymore.

I tried all the different options even switching to e sim nothing works. I am just leaving then . Just ordered SIM card from different company. No way to contact them. I need to be able to use my phone.
