Re: My mix price increase
Hi @Dormouse96 yes, lots of fellow customers. Sky have announced recent price rises. If you haven't already then you should soon receive an email about it detailing your options.

Re: My mix price increase
I received the emakil which said my 2 simms would increase in cost by £3 but when I looked at the predicted prices on my account I saw that in fact the price rise was £4:20. I rang Sky and the call centre person said they could not get me a better price.
I text for a PAC and received a reply sayiong as I had more than 1 sim I should ring the below number which I did and got though to an overseas call centre. They said they were there to help keep customers. I never used all my Data so the person offered me a tariff on a reduced data plan, which I was told last year when I renewed was not available. So I know pay less than the original cost and am very happy.
So it is worth rinin gup and if you do not get a better price, text for a Pac and see what happens.
