My device isnt working

Hi, my new device isnt working. It keeps crashing, won't turn on/turns itself off, when it finally turns on it won't let me sign into the phone as says my passcode is wrong (I have only ever used 1 passcode for everything), I have factory reset the device twice and the issue is still not fixed. I don't know what else to do
