That's unfortunate, but what is it you hope or expect Sky to do?

Hi @Rivercafe sorry but there is very little anyone can do until her return. To try and keep contactable she could buy a cheap local sim free unlocked phone and put her sky sim in.

When she returns she/you can contact Sky to see if it can be repaired but nothing can be done until she returns. Payments for it will continue as normal.
