My date plan
Hi my name is David sky owes me 35.50 in compensation my service has been restricted please can U use the compensation I am due to pay my bill and switch me back on please

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here.
What is the compensation for? If it was showing up as a credit on your mobile account it should be used first towards the next bill.
