My bill

I dont understand why my bill is £57 this month when my handset is paid off

As you can view your bill via the MySky app what does it show and what does next months bill say that it will be.

 

If you also have a sim or sims it could be that as you do continue paying for these unless you cancel or move the numbers to a different network.

When your device has been paid off Sky send you an email along the lines of…

 

Your credit agreement (number) for (device details) was settled on (date) and no further payments are due.

 

Did you receive such an email?
