My bill is increased

I rung a week ago and was promised the mobile bill will remain the same for a following full year £5.60 but the predicted following bills shows an increase in plan of that is the case I would rather cancel my plan

You'll have to call Sky to either challenge the increase or cancel.  Neither can be done here.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
