My address is wrong

My address is wrong and I don't know how to fix it. I recently moved and I'm waiting for the engineer to come and install my SKY. Today I realized that my address is wrong. 14 New Road is the correct one.

Hi @Kamyllemotta  you need to call sky to change your address, it can't be done here.

Call Sky on 150 to ask them to update your address. Say nothing when asked any questions by the bot.
