My Sky Mobile & Data Plan Order

Yesterday, i plaed an order for a new phone and data plan with Sky Mobile, as a Diamond VIP Customer i received a good deal from Sky, we completed the relevant forms etc on My Sky App and the order was accepted and completed by Sky. I received a couple of emails from Sky thanking me for choosing Sky and then confirmation that the order has been placed. 

Shortly after this, i received another email thanking me for cancelling the order, i did not cancel the order.

Can you advise further.

Hi @Mico  you will need to call sky for further information. It could be you have failed the second more enhanced credit checks sky do or it could be a glitch at Skys end as others here have reported receiving the same email.
