My Number/Phone not updating following move to Sky from O2

Hi, I have moved back to Sky from O2 and had the PAC code to transfer my original number which has all worked OK apart from the Phone/My Number is still showing the one allocated by Sky. I've tried to change multiple times but it never saves. I've also restarted a few times. 

I'm getting the message that iMessage & FaceTime is using the nbr but it's not registered to my phone as above and I can only keep using it until it expires.

I'm not sure what else to try. Thanks

It might be worth calling Sky on 150 and asking them to send you a replace my sim as that will come with your transfered number so should fix these issues.
