Mrs Olga

I lost my Sky mobile sim when I have been abroad. It has not been activated.

 So I can not return my Sky equipment.

@Olga5  What equipment are you supposed to return, how is it connected to a Sky sim?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
