Mr

I have been fitted with a monitoring device by my local medical centre to feed back my health issues but the sky link drops out frequently making the expensive monitoring usless. Trying to make Sky understand this is extremely frustrating as I am always given the message that the computer does not undrstand which is the same for me, I cannot understand that a human does not intervene to help.

Also there needs to be a thorough check on my details as I intended to change my mobile phone to Sky but the Pac code did not work and has now expired as Sky stated that it did not recognise my details which is strange as you get some of it right. No amount of usless computer generated responses will solve this, I NEED HUMAN HELP WHICH SEEMS TO BE LACKING AT SKY

@390895621

So, just to clarify (as per the part of your post in bold) you intended to move to Sky mobile but it didn't work?

That suggests at the moment you aren't a Sky mobile customer, is that correct?

I don't understand this either. What do you mean by 'Sky link'? How does this device communicate back to,your medical centre?
