Not us as we are customers here but if you have a payment method setup then if money is owed Sky will take it automatically from you each month from you.

It's saying I paid this month but I havnt made payment this month yet so bit confused

You shouldn't be or have to make a manual payment because Sky will take it from whatever payment method you have setup on your account so either a credit/debit card or a direct debit so it is taken directly from your bank account.

That status is a bit strange IMHO.

 

It often says 'overdue' prior to payment being required and 'paid' shortly before... (As they have started the bank collection process)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Yh I have a bank set up no payments been taken but it's saying on the app I owe no money for this month

It will probably leave on Monday or Tuesday given the weekend...

It usually changes to being shown as being paid when it is in the process of being taken so as above, if you check your bank account on Monday or Tuesday you should see that the money has been taken by Sky.
