Mr

I need someone to contact me about a phone I sent back. I didn't want it. I've gave you all tracking numbers. You keep ringing me and when we get past security phone line cuts off. I'm paying for a device I don't have. Please calll me

You aren’t directly contacting Sky by posting on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers. No one will call you. You need to instigate contact. 

As long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky regarding any returned device. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring charges. Some more information is available here

Just to check, did you receive a call about discount etc. on your account and the phone was 'accidentally' sent?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I think we need more details here, was this a phone you ordered online from Sky or did you receive a call oit of the blue regarding thsi phone ?
