Mr m asif
Dear Customer Support,
I hope you are doing well.
I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding my iPhone 17 Pro Max (512GB, Silver), as I have been experiencing ongoing issues since owning the device.
The main problem is that the phone becomes extremely hot during normal use. At times, it gets so hot that I am genuinely concerned it could be unsafe. In addition to the overheating, the phone also freezes and becomes unresponsive on occasion, which is very frustrating.
I always keep my iPhone updated with the latest iOS software, and I regularly update all my apps as soon as updates become available. Despite this, the overheating and freezing problems continue.
My brother also owns an iPhone 17 Pro Max, which he purchased through EE. He uses his phone heavily every day, yet his device does not overheat or freeze. This makes me believe there may be a fault with my handset rather than it being normal behaviour.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue as soon as possible. As this is a premium device, I expect it to function reliably without excessive overheating or freezing. If the device is found to be faulty, I would like an appropriate resolution, whether that is a repair, replacement, or another suitable remedy.
I look forward to your prompt response.
Yours faithfully,
