Moved to sky from three and I have inserted new sim to new phone but it keeps looping me back to lin

I need help setting up new sim with sky. I moved from three and want to keep same number. I'm stuck on a loop where I need to link sky ID but then it says it's already linked. Just keeps putting me back to that page and I can't activate new sim. Don't understand why it's so difficult...I have pac and everything ready.
