Moved address

How do I change the name of the account holder. I have moved address and want to take sky with me. My son is at a different address now. He does not want sky. I also need to change the email address

@Sharonrobertso  Is the old account in your sons name?  If so they need to cancel any services they have, you can't change a name like that.  If you have moved addrerss you need to sign up at that address seperately.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
