Move from Onecom to Sky Mobile

My husband is looking to move his mobile contract from Onecom to Sky Mobile.  I hear Onecom are painful to deal with.  Has anyone had any experience with moving from them to Sky?  I assume once the contract comes to an end, he can simply move and request a PAC code then Sky will do the rest?  Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi @Brookcole80  i havent had any dealings with Onecom myself but the process for transferring is now simple. When he is ready he should order a sky sim/plan. Once he has it he should activate it and then request his PAC from Onecom. That can be done by text message. He then gives Sky the PAC and the next working day his number will transfer to Sky and his Onecom account will be closed automatically.
