More data when run out

How can I put more data on my kids phone if piggyback is empty plz

If you are running out of data then you have two options if you have no spare in the piggybank.

 

Either upgrade your data package that you can do via the MySky app or the more expensive option is to buy a one off data boost.

 

If you upgrade your data package this should start more or less straight away.

If you don't have any data remaining in your Piggybank you can purchase an extra 1GB for £6 or change your Mix to a higher data allowance which should kick in almost immediately
