Monthly cost
A deduction of 53.50 has been made from my bank account dor Dec 5th. Yet my bill shows that it should be less. Why hascthatcamount been taken?

We can't see your bills but by clicking on the blue arrow next to a questionable amount on your online bill should provide more information.
