Hi,
I have been a Sky Mobile customer in the past and started to receive monthly notification SMS/text messages about the upcoming bills. However, since migrating to another provider I continued to receive the same monthly SMS/text messages.
Is there a simple way of stopping these messages as I've seached the MySky site to no avail. I'd like to avoid calling Sky but if there's no alternative, I'll bite the bullet.

Find out moreHave long ago did you leave Sky Mobile and when you did was your billing up to date so that you dodn't owe Sky anything and that they didn't owe you anything so that you haven't got a credit left in it because if there is it will need to be refunded back to you.

It was on 13 Apr 2022 that my account was closed. I had a small negative balance until Oct 2022 when that was refunded. Since then, the balance has been 0.00 but I continue to get billing.
