Money taken from my bank for something I didn't buy

I've just realised I've got a standing order set up without my consent for £64 a month .

The first payment was made but the bank has refunded me .

I've cancelled the standing order.

I have never used sky for anything so don't understand what this is for?

I know you have already but you do need to report this to your bank as it appears someone might have got hold of your bank account details to place an order with Sky as per this:

If you receive an unexpected parcel from Sky get in touch with our customer services team immediately. We can give advice on what to do. Don’t send the parcel anywhere except our returns address.

We’ll give you pre-paid returns packaging to send the parcel back to us.

Was it a direct debit ? Sky only accept direct debit or continuous card payments and not Standing Orders.
