Hi @Liltattoojo sky will only reinstate services if you pay what you owe and set up a new continuous payment method. Once it clears Skys account your service will be restored. Sky don't accept promises to pay no matter what Sky CS say.

You are talking to other customers here but what we can say is that now your phone has been restricted the only way to have it restored it to both pay what you owe in full and to reset up your payment method so the quicker you do the quicker it will be restored.
