My new phone was on Delay from 21/09/24 and eventually recieved it on the 5/10/24 this was my swap phone to the new iphone16 pro max Dessert platinum colour. I also got new contract for my partner and he is up and tunning with his in iphone 16 pro max in black. Now my issue is I was supposed to be sent with my new phone a returns pack but never recieved. I have emIled sky twice about this issue. I yesterday the 14/10/24 called 150 for a return pack to be sent to my email address. I have checked inbox; spam etc still nothing there. I keep getting emails saying they have not had my swap phone returned and will terminate my new contract in 14 days that was on 3/10/24. And again on the 8/10/24 i replied to these explaining why but no response either so now I am panicking that my contract will be cancelled a d wil incur extra charges for this 🤬

You would usually use the box the new device came in to return the swap device. Sky do not use email for general communication so not surprised you haven't received a response.

 

Give Sky a call from your Sky mobile (free by dialling 150).
