Please stop making promises you cant keep, mast been useless for months now and I need my phone to receive appointments being a cancer patient.

In case you aren’t aware we are mainly fellow customers on here trying to help other customers and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum.
Unfortunately Sky do not own or maintain any mobile masts so you and every other customer in that area are awaiting a third party fix.
