Mobile upgrade

I have recently upgraded my phone but have received an email saying that I haven't sent my old phone back however I asked for an upgrade not a swap so don't know what to do

Call Sky on 150 as they should be able to help you with this.

Sounds like you've initiated a swap.

 

As above, you'll have to call them.

 

You'll have to continue paying for the old device as well until the credit is cleared.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
