Mobile upgrade problem

On MySky if I try and upgrade/swap a mobile phone I get the following message

 

Your services are currently being restricted

There is an outstanding action on your account which is resulting in your services being restricted. Find out how to remove these restrictions.

 

when I click the "Reinstate my services" button I get taken to my most recent bill which shows everything has been settled, as is always the case.

Im sick of going round in circles and it seems impossible to get in touch with a human at Sky.

On the billing page that you are sent to do you see marketplace listed and if so do you see an outstanding amount shown ?

No. It just shows the TV and broadband services, the total due, and the payment leaving a balance of £0.00
