Mobile upgrade not possible?

Trying to upgrade two phones on my account though keep getting the Breeders holding page saying: 

Unfortunately we can't process your request online right now

 

Please try again later or alternatively view the status of your account

 

Is there a known problem with upgrades?

For some people it does seem that the website plays up like this so all you can do is to call Sky on 150 as they should be able to place this order for you.
