I've returned my old phone and received a new one under the swap arrangement. The old phone was delivered on the 20th September but I'm yet to receive anything from Sky confirming they have it or they are processing the phone swap. How long does it usually take? I'm conscious we are nearing the two week deadline for returns.

It can take 2-3 weeks for the returned phone to be check and your account updated so hopefully you will see some movement over the next week or so. The main thing is you have sent it off so the two week deadline wouldn't apply.
