Mobile swap procedures

 Hi - new to the Forum  so aploogies as I'm easily confused !

- Today  we were offered a deal and upgraded our phones from I Phone 11 to I Phone 16e.

- The existing contract  for the 2 I Phone 11's has 2 months to go.

- We want to swap the current I Phone 11s in rather than keep them once the 16es arrive.

- Although I was happy to pay the balance of the old contracts today the agent said we could  swap the old ones in in April, once the old contracts had run out if we wanted.

I cant see any information on how exactly we do this -  and what the procedure is.

Has anyone got any guidance on this please ?

Many thanks

@GHEH

That isn't correct as you can not swap a device once the credit agreement has been paid off against it because at this point it belongs to you so it can not be returned to Sky as part of a swap. If you want to do this then you will have needed to have done this when you placed this new order today so you might want to call them back on 150 about this. They might have to cancel you order for the two new iphones to be able to put this through as a swap order so if they do this it will mean you will be credit checked again when the order is placed.
