Mobile sim card issues

I'm still not got a signal and this is after 10 days.  Your call centre in India is an utter joke and after 24 years being with Sky, I have a good mind to cancel everything.

I was recommended to go back to a physical sim and have had three now and none have worked. Apparently, there's an issue your end.  Promised callbacks and nobody has phoned. Have two complaint references.

Hi @chris+edgeler,

I've moved your post out from the thread regarding specifically just esim issues as from what you've described above this looks to be something separate to issue customers are replying to on the other thread.

Thanks,
