Mobile signal

For weeks now I've had no signal on my mobile phone cant recive calls n texts, I want out this contract it's ridiculous. No bars on the signal no one can contact or get throigh to you. Absolutely no help from sky just a virtual robot to talk to.

It may disclose a nearby mast issue. Sky don't own or maintain any mobile masts so if there is an issue you and others in the area will be relying on a third party fix.
