Mobile sent it to back on same address

Hey,basically i am on holidays my mobile was already deleivered late so i didn't received my mobile from driver.Can you sent it to back on same address

@Saqibjaved   They won't resend the phone.    If it's been returned to Sky you will need to place a new order and a new credit check will be done.

Never for the reasons already stated so I will say it again - we are customers here like you.

 

If you have paid any upfront cost towards the returned phone it should be refunded to you but can take a few weeks so if it has been longer than that you will need to call them about it.

@Saqibjaved  It's been returned to Sky they won't send it out again, you will need to speak to Sky as they will have to refund anything you've paid, you will then need to place a new order.

@Saqibjaved  Unfortunately you missed your delivery, that is not Sky's problem,  there is nothing we as customers can do for you other than what has been advised.
