Mobile query

Hi , my daughter up graded her phone but im being charged for her old handset she is no longer using the a54 device. Please can you advise what i can do as i cant afford yo pay for 3 phones.

When she upgraded her a54 device was there much left to pay off against it but this does have to be paid off as the billing will not stop against it until this has been done. When the upgrade was done she would have read or been told if it was done over the phone how much there was left to pay against it.
