Mobile phone

I recently bought the new mobile phone from you and I am having trouble charging it. It's not charging and I've bought five different leads for it dry and it's still not charging

Have you tried a different charger? 
What device is having the problem?

I had a similar issue with Samsung A36. I was about to return it to Sky when I tried the cable supplied with the phone through a new multi port plug from amazon. It immediately started fast charging Look for USB plug with 2 x USB c ports and 2 x USB 3.0 ports, around £8. Hope this helps
