You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

 

If you have had those current numbers for more than 12 months just order a new sim when logged into your account (don't accidentally order a replacement). It will come with a new (but almost certainly recycled) number. When its activated call Sky on 150 to cancel the old number.

 

Otherwise Sky won't change them unless you're receiving threats etc which have been reported to the police and you have a police reference number.
